Requirements

  • Age between 22 – 30 years
  • Successfully passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance (Motor / Non-Motor) will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy is essential (Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Word, Outlook & Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process insurance policies for both motor and non-motor classes.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documents accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client records and policy databases.
  • Assist clients with claim documentation and follow-up until settlement.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support the sales and business development teams with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare periodic reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
