Reliance Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and expand our insurance client portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in insurance sales and portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Currently managing a portfolio of insurance clients (in an insurance company or brokerage).
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in insurance sales or portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving portfolio growth.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Life and/or General insurance products.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred qualifications: SLIM Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, or National Diploma in Sales Management.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal company requirements.
  • Results-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of Life and/or General insurance clients.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve set targets.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities in untapped market segments.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and portfolio profitability.
  • Work closely with underwriting and claims teams to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance and portfolio reports to senior management.
