Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. O/L.
  • Age 18 years or above.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or finance is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Existing IRCSL registration preferred (can be obtained after joining).
  • Basic knowledge of using digital tools and social media platforms for client outreach.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
