Reliance Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and expand our insurance client portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in insurance sales and portfolio management.

Requirements

  • Executive / Senior Executive Key Accounts & Portfolio Manager
Key Responsibilities
    • Service, develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of insurance clients
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure service excellence
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
    • Currently managing an insurance portfolio (insurance company or broker)
    • 2 or more years of experience in insurance sales or portfolio management
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
    • Strong, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Knowledge of Life and/or General insurance products
    • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
    • Preferred: Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM)
  • Bancassurance Executive / Senior Executive - Qualifications & Experience
    • Passed G.C.E. O/L and/or A/L examination.
    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry.
    • Completion of the Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFC) from the Sri Lanka Insurance Institute (SLII) will be considered an added advantage.
    • Completion of the Professional Certificate in Marketing (PCM) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) will also be considered an added advantage.
    • Experience in Insurance (motor / fire) is an added advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literacy is essential (MS Office – MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Drive & Google Drive).
    • Age between 23 - 30 years.
